| Description: Working on computers,
talking on the phone, and the daily stresses of life all combine to
present a constant challenge to our physiology and overall well being. Head, Neck and Shoulder Fundamentals
guides you though exercises that stretch and loosen your shoulders and
neck, which often reduces and eliminates pain altogether.
In the helpful tradition of Brian Dorfman’s other travel books, Head, Neck and Shoulder Fundamentals
covers nearly 15 exercises and illustrates the proper movement of the
head, neck, and shoulders, with emphasis on strength, flexibility, and
relaxation. As with all of Brian’s travel books, Head, Neck and
Shoulder Fundamentals includes a handy Quick Reference Guide providing
a photographic overview of the recommended stretching routine.
Former American record holder in the mile run, Steve Scott, along with
golf equipment pioneer Ely Calloway, endorse Head, Neck and Shoulder Fundamentals.
